Bissouma was already our player, I seem to remember many a thread and poster suggesting he shouldn't play while he was under investigation. Didn't the allegations come out in October and he was gone by the following June?

I don’t think he was cleared until 29 June, his extended bail was dated to 04 July. He joined Spurs on 17 June.
My apologies, I thought he was a Brighton player until 30th June.
