Have not defended the guy in any way shape or form. Just highlighting the double standards of many.
So you are not really answering the question as to if you would be okay with him joining? More telling others why they are wrong to not want him here.

To do this though you have to ignore the differences between the two situations you are conflating.

To be fair you have done this effectively by ignoring the posters explaining those differences (clearly and in some detail).

So would you be okay with him joining us?

he doesn't seem like the sort of guy who takes rejection like a gentleman...

Yeah, ask Donald Trump, he knows about taking rejection like a gentleman (and won't go near it.)

Wherever he went in England he’d be ripped to shreds by both home and away fans. Too much baggage. Not the sort to represent our team.

I asked the question. Has he been convinced? I also asked the question regarding Bissouma. Double standards quite clearly being the norm. Such a shame.
Bissouma was already our player, I seem to remember many a thread and poster suggesting he shouldn't play while he was under investigation. Didn't the allegations come out in October and he was gone by the following June?

A massive difference to then signing a player with what Greenwood has having over him from the outset. It's a bit of a leap to call it a double standard tbh.

Nobody on here has stood up on here and said they were unhappy with Bissouma playing for our club when he was the subject of sexual assault allegations. That’s where the double standards quite clearly lie.

Then would you be happy to see him back? Seems he may be available

Can you really not see the differences – even though I've pointed them out – between what happened with Greenwood and Bissouma?

Or, let me guess, :fishing:

The poll results are almost in Vladimir Putin territory
Please don’t slag off Putin here, I think you’ll find he’s never been convicted of anything and as such should be welcomed at the Amex

Same with the magazine self face spanking, daughter fantasising Trump (allegedly, under oath.).

Bissouma was cleared of all allegations before he went to Spurs.

Not forgetting the £45m price tag of course. Be by far our most expensive player.

Imagine the disruption in the dressing room?

A question

A few years back it was widely reported, and I think confirmed by the club, that we sent all our young players on relationship and consent training.

Is this something we still do?
