Whisper it but I am pleased he’s gone, too moody and disruptive recently imo
That’s where I am.

It’s one thing dressing like a teenager - but when he started behaving like one too it was time to direct him towards the exit.

6. I'm a bit flat I won't lie.

Whilst RDZ had failings as a manager, I connected with him in a way that I haven't done with an Albion manager since Gus. Just loved the passion. Please don't replace with someone more vanilla. Tony has a habit of doing that after a flair manager.

As we have closure of a few players and manager out, we have a clan slate and plenty of time to prepare . . .so a 7.

would have been a 5 if RDZ was still with us and we'd finished the season like that. The second half of the season has been absolute dog shit.
A "clan state"? Think Kick It Out may have something to say about that.

As a veteran of nearly 50 “end of season’s” I’m gonna enjoy it, I love the Albion but I’ve got plenty of travels, cricket, gigs, beer and bbqs (and the odd bit of work in between)
My optimism will be high as always but the season never matches my expectations (sometimes better sometimes worse, who knows?) I love the unpredictably of it all.
Anyhoo, enjoy the Euros!

Pretty close to on the floor.

Just had a very quick check, so i might well be wrong, but I think we lost nine matches in the second half of the season.

The goals have dried up and we’ve become easy pickings at the back.

If you’d told me at Christmas I’d be glad to see RDZ leave, I’d have said you were crazy but that’s exactly where I am today. Something fractured badly in the new year. Obviously it’s more complex than being solely down to RDZ, but the drop off in form came hot on the heels of his first grumblings of discontent.

We need a reset and the only thing that prevents me giving a lower mark is that Bloom has acted. This isn’t entitlement. I’m glad the owner has acted to protect our model and not given in to a route that has signalled doom for many an aspirant club.

Of course, finishing beneath THAT LOT hasn’t helped.

I went 4 as the thread title specifically mentions end of season mojo and it has been a very disappointing end to a season that promised so much at one point. I am sure come August it will be much higher.

I went for 4.

Disappointing end to a historic season plus we've sacked (released, whatever) a good manager leaving us with a lot of uncertainty. It's also a tricky one to answer as we've just outplayed Manchester United for an hour and lost 2-0, so that stings a bit at the moment too. I'm not sure what happened after Christmas, something DID happen at the club to produce such a poor run in. On the positive side, it seems the football business side of things is going well for the chairman, I hope the new manager gets some strong reinforcements to work with over the summer as we surely have funds to invest. I think we all need a bit of a boost, I hope TB realises that.

Would have been 7 if we’d finished 10th above…them

Personally delighted the season is over. Put the Albion away for a few months.

Europa was fun in the group stages but felt like sacrificed the league. Way too much rotation, Roberto sussed out in August in the league and slow to adapt. Started with West Ham with glaring problems only adjusted at 3-0 down

Pants pulled down by the three clubs I hate the most this week.

Out best manager of all time leaves.

Not a good end.

But I’m full of optimism for next season.

Went 6.

Positives - we have a bloody good team and I expect us to compete well next season

Negatives - RDZ has been terrific fun and he's gone

Last three months have been clueless. RDZ found out by many others and today's games summed it up completely.

Four. It’s been bloody awful since February. Thankfully the players managed to put in a performance against Palace, but apart from that it’s been shit.

I would have put 2-3, but there was a really promising display from Baleba today and Barco over the last couple of games. I’m glad we’ve moved RDZ on now. I’m not sure that the still had the players with him and we needed a reset. Hopefully this spells the end of the rediculous GK rotation.

10 for me.

The only time it wouldn't be was during the war years.

Supporting your local club isn't just about results. They are a small part of it. The best times I had were when Albion were an irrelevant third division team.

All change next season. Part of the journey But the club is there and going strong and still making memories.

The minute the place they finish in the table causes me any stress I'll take up knitting instead. My mojo is high whether top or bottom of the league.
