I normally don't care what managers go on to do, bit I'll be watching with interest wherever he ends up. He's obviously very driven, but I'm still not convinced his experienced enough to be given a top, TOP job.
I'm genuinely not sure whether he'll become a great, or if his ego will prevent...
Not sure a ship needs steadying when it's reached its final destination.
Plus, we all know what would happen - he does well and then facks off again, taking a whole load more staff with him. Cue NSC meltdown. Again.
His club, his rules. And he's done pretty well since he's taken over at the top, no?
His is a long-term vision, RDZ's was a short-term, personal one. It was always going to end like this.
That could well have been a factor in him leaving 'by mutual consent'. I actually think RDZ thought he was going to stay, but Bloom pulled the trigger thinking "Nah, I can't be doing with this guy - too high maintenance.'

I'd like to place on record my sincere thanks for the many years of service put in by @knocky1 - together we have achieved some fantastic results and he has left us in a better place than when we started. We wish him all the best for his further endeavours in the sport
Players and managers come and go. It is what it is.
Having said that, thank you to RDZ and his team for everything - an amazing couple of seasons. Now it's time for a new boss and build for the future (and work on the defensive aspect!).
Yeah, that's possible. If it was Southampton, have may have been able to commute, but much further west would've been a ballache.
Not that it's anything to do with any of us, but I wonder if the way he was in that interview the other week (can't remember the game, but it was a defeat), when he...
To be fair that's what Lee Anderson said/predicted last year (he probably wasn't supposed to be so honest) when they said the party (his at the time) would have to concentrate on culture wars because, post-Brexit, they had naff all left to cling onto.
Twats.
