Palace fan's I know don't care about the age thing they just feel that Roy is the right man for the job. You can't argue that he did a good job for the last ten games, probably does deserve the job full time.

Back to Zaha, no disputing he's a good player and would be a welcome addition to most club's. I think one concern is fitness, the last couple of seasons he's picked up injuries and started missing a few games. Would he be a gamble for a long term contract missing say ten games per season.
