I trialled it but use TrainerRoad now. The graphics are quite fun to start with but get a bit repetitive. In my opinion, the training plans on TrainerRoad are far superior. They have specific triathlon ones which I'm using (and also include swim and run drills to go with it).
well, spoken to son about the Triban but he has no interest. Would much rather a new mountain bike... oh well.
Been in London with the family today doing the FreeCycle. What a brilliant event this is - so much going on and all free! Doing the RideLondon 46 tomorrow. Anyone else riding?
Very tempted for my 11 year old son - think the small would just about do it. Even if he doesn't take to road cycling, I reckon you'd get close to that back selling it nearly new on eBay...
Perfect Father's Day - 80km in the sun with almost 1200m of climbing. Shame I went and spoiled it (and broke the rules) by going out for a run straight afterwards!
That's sort of what I did with my TT bike. Bought the frame and fitted the groupset myself (having never done it before). All pretty easy, then paid about £40 to LBS to get it checked over and serviced.
I'm on last generation Ultegra, bur very impressed with it. I think if I was replacing a...
Any idea why the women's Tour de Yorkshire is not on Eurosport 2 despite both their website and Sky listings saying it should be?
Is it on anywhere else? Can't seem to find it...

Yeah - I was in a rush this morning and just stuck on what I saw first. Eurosport have got highlights later so have got those on to record as well now!
Put the World Track afternoon session on to record so we could watch it when we got back from London, but foolishly chose the BBC coverage. 5 laps into the Madison, they announce it's going to the red button and we have Davis Cup tennis to watch - grr!
The atmosphere was pretty good - it got a little quiet at times but when the Brits were riding it was very load (considering there weren't any finals). Found the crowd pretty respectful of all the riders as well.
We paid about £75 for 2 adults and 2 kids which I didn't think was bad. We were...
