I held on today for 17 minutes whilst going up the queue, only to be told at 12:30 by a voice that there was no-one available to take my call.

As a supporter and seasonticket holder for 34 years, this is absolutely disgusting way to treat your fans.

If this is the way you treat fans now,I am thinking twice about paying my money now for the hartlepool game.

Apologies you had to wait 17 minutes, but Saturday mornings are usual very busy times on the phone - although this Saturday (despite the rain) was even busier because of the Millwall, Derby and Hartlepool matches.
