Help! My mother's freeview box keeps defaulting to Television X

I'm visiting my elderly mother at the moment and last night I had a sneaky look at the free 5 minute preview which they show decoded at 11pm. However today I find that even when changing the channel, switching it off then back on again, it still comes up as channel 93. Although it only broadcasts when she is in bed, the Television X banner is still displayed during the day. Any help would be appreciated!

Well actually she may have done, as I originally tuned in the channels for her, leaving out TV X. But when her region (Granada) switched off the analogue signal, it took Channel 5 (amongst others) with it. Despite being in her 80s and a complete technophobe, she managed to do a rescan and got all available channels. So I can't really delete it from the list or she'll be asking me why.
