[Albion] Most Successful Pen Taker.

From my time watching the Albion both Joao Pedro and Tomer Hemed are hands down the best two penalty takers at the club. though l find it impossible to choose between them

Prior to that Muzza and Bobby Z were pretty successful, and the only two others who seemed to score more than they missed were Watto, and Alan Curbishley back in our Goldstone days. When l sarted watching the club back in the mid 1980's Danny Wilson was the man given the role, and he did pretty well too.

We have had many others who have had the task too of course, but who has stood out for you?

The Spanish players under Poyet (Lopez, Vicente, etc) never missed a penalty if my memory is correct and always looked like scoring from the spot.

Alexis Mac Allister had a good record from what I remember, could well be wrong though…

Missed his first one away at Wolves, but scored with his second in the same game

Leon Knight was exceptional from the spot. Think he only missed 1 and of course most importantly scored late on in the play off final. Always, always backed himself to score

Can't recall Nicky Forster missing many either, like Knight I imagine he had the necessary arrogance to never even vaguely envisage missing

Talking about pens, trivial fact is that I used to earn extra cash working at Bonhams auctioneers in London.
Part of the job was displaying pens prior to bidding.
I didn't take any pens, as that would've been a
