I'm sure he did (given he has now signed him) but I don't know if he dared suggesting it to Tony. Or maybe he did dare given that he is an emotionally disturbed person unable to understand how the club would react to ideas like that.
Either way - glad it didn't happen. Inevitably some of the strongest Zerbi Cultists would have gotten behind RDZ & Greenwood and it would have been the most nauseating thing I'd seen on NSC.
Anyway, Roberto probably made himself borderline unhireable for any English club that cares about their reputation, if we're going to take any positives from this situation (the situation being that Roberto and Marseille are telling the world its ok to rape people, you can still get millions if you're a good footballer).

Don’t really get why anyone gets so attached to managers or players they mostly all come and go. Forming an opinion is fine though. Both of our last two coaches believed their own hype in the end and left for different reasons.
