Frustrating way to lose the game.

Their first goal was fair enough, couldn't have done much.

The second goal was abysmal. We didn't need four players committed. Igor should have closed the player down. We switched off defensively, possibly on the back of missing the chance to put the game to bed.

That's football. Can't win them all. Another point on the board. Disappointing, yes, but our young team will learn from this.
It wasn't that bad.

The problem wasn’t so much Weiffer’s pass as four of them running forward, all in a line.
Why?

Yes, Wieffer has had a very poor start to his Albion career.

The problem for him is that we have a lot of players in competition for that position. As far as I can tell he's bottom of the pecking order.
Wieffer like Locadia simply proves the algorithm isn't infallible.

Every so often the data and reality are miles off.

Great in a spreadsheet, dogshit on the pitch

This.

I honestly think Brighton are the only top half club in PL capable of f***king it up at home against the bottom club in last 5 mins like this.

When ever you're desperate for points, down and out, we're always here and happy to oblige.

It's an art form.
it's what comes of our welcoming nature to tourists, we don't want them to leave with a bad impression of the place.

Why?

A quality team leading near the end would leave a stack of players back with one job, prevent a goal.

They all got carried away.

He has shown absolutely nothing except an unerring ability to give the ball away. The idea that we take off Baleba to bring on Weiffer to shut up shop is ludicrous. He can f*** right off.
We have 2 games against Liverpool next week - taking off Baleba against a side that was getting increasingly aggressive and desperate probably wasn’t a bad idea tbh - and he was box to box throughout!

Bollocks they have been good all season
True or not, it was 2 points dropped; it was a dominant effort spoiled by poor defensive play.

We lost a lot of control when Baleba went off. I actually shouted "Why?"

We were outplayed from 55 minutes (ish). You would’ve thought we were the relegation candidates. Twice in quick succession lazy Baleba possession almost led to Wolves goals.

He is clearly struggling to adapt to the pace of this league, compared to the Dutch
league.
It is way too early to write him off though.
