Think we needed a couple of wise heads out there against Wolves with Dunk, Welbeck and even Webster we would have probably been more measured in our exuberance.

I presume that TB's hints about wanting us to win a trophy means that we field a strongish team on Wednesday, risking further injury to our stretched defensive resources. I assume Veltman/Wieffer/Pervis would be backup central defenders if anything happens to JPvH or Igor rather than Ed Turns or Freddie Simmonds?

Dunky may not quite be the player he once was, but it wasn't so much about footballing ability on Saturday, he still has more than enough nous ro hold the team together and get us over the line.

I hope he takes some of these posts and pins them to his own dressing room door. We’ve a bit more to see of Lewis before he hangs up his boots.

A lot more l'd say, he isn't 33 yet, you don't become a bad player overnight. He is still one of our best defenders, and a fine captain too.

Many people are misspelling Wieffer, usually by reversing the i and e, but Dazzer, this is magnificent.
