A good robotic of course, unless you like VACUUMING?

Miele is the best brand I've ever had.

Edit: They've got a model (or an add-on) especially for pet hair.
I bought the C3 which is the pet hair one but it was utterly useless on my carpets. Spoke to Miele and they advised I need to purchase one of their power vacuum heads.

Quite why I needed to drop an additional £90 to make their pet hair hoover any good at actually picking up pet hair wasn't something they could adequately answer.

Still in Brighton
Henry is fine for office carpet and lasts forever. Their pet hair turbo head is crap though.

Miele with turbo head for pet hair is great. Normal head is fine. Miele has different power settings but it's a mistake to set it too high, you'll find it picks up better on a less powerful setting.

Shark, Sebo, Numatic(henry types). Taski tub vacs are quite good as well, as are Nilfisk and believe it or not, Karcher. Won't be using dyson again....overpriced and noisy

Sturtevant were the best. I still have the R&D bitser I built there in 1994. . . . . 2" hose and it'll Empty a fireplace of ash in a few seconds. . . .as supplied to the RAF . . . Good enough to hoover up sick, sausage rolls, testicles, dogs eggs, anything thats likely to get dropped inside a cockpit after a full loop. By royal appointment!

Miele is the best domestic VC we've had at zefarelly towers. Current;y a shark. Ok, but not that good. The Miele is as good as the Sturtevant on a smaller scale . . . .all about air speed and hose size . . .

My friends hoover just packed in it's about 10 years old, are Henry's still as good as they once were? Any others that should be considered?

One that's good with dog hair would be a bonus

Cheers
What's gone wrong with it?
