Rutter is an out and out forward
Caicedo 45 (2)
Bissouma 112 (3)
The lad wasn't doing to bad
And at least had a positive approach
The fact you’ve compared Enciso to Bissouma & Caicedo tells me everything I need to know.

Surprised he didn’t tbh 😮

The super slow-mo that VAR would have seen got him off in my view.

1. He got the ball (just about) first.
2. He intentionally angles his boot away from the Liverpool player once connection with the ball has been established, he did not follow through with his studs.

That said, he is a lucky boy but VAR images do indicate it was clumsy rather than sinister.

Rutter isn't an out and out forward. They tried that at Leeds when he first went there. The role he plays when he comes on for Albion is similar to the one he settled in there. I really rate him- when he doesn't try to do too much.

Brighton factually.....
Great angle of his goal for Paraguay during the week.

He certainty can score a wonder goal out of nowhere, when he adds a little more to his game he will be world class.
I hope we are the team that nurture him and we get to see him develop a little more before he departs.

If, If we get European football, we will need a bigger squad than we had last time, and he would be perfect for European nights on 65 minutes to bring on.

I'm sure he'd be thrilled to be back on our bench...
