2 left wingers
No right wingers
No striker
No Baleba
Gruda starts

I Had us to lose 3-0, 4-0 and 5-0 after seeing the laughable starting line up..

Same ol crap. Fab clueless
That’s a bit silly isn’t it …

FH still has a lot of work to do with this side. RDZ did an amazing job for a short time, with, I would argue, a stronger, more established squad, but we need someone that can deliver that result in a long-term and sustainable manner, and someone who buys into what the club is aiming to do.

I haven't been hugely impressed with how we have been playing this season overall bar the between-Forest run, but we have pulled out some great results, had good spells in games and had to contend with a ridiculous injury list.

So I think it'll probably work out for the best if we miss out on Europe this season. Obviously nobody wants that, but FH is going to have a hell of a job on his hands over the summer: he will need to bed in more new signings and returning loanees, use his experiences from this season and get to know the new players in the squad to make tweaks to our approach, manage players that are subject to bids from bigger clubs and probably overcome losing at least one of our key players. Europe means needing a bigger squad, more rotation, more travelling, more fatigue, more pressure etc. I think another season of development is needed before FH and the squad are capable of handling that.
If we don’t make Europe this season , we will lose some of our best , and will have to start from scratch again ,
and next season will be much harder , with Man Utd , Spurs , Man City all will improve, you have to take the opportunity when it comes ,you can’t hang around for another season

We're not making Europe this season.

Should we expect European qualification? Probably not. But it still feels disappointing that all we have to play for is finishing ahead of Palace.

I think FH showed after the 7-0 that he's adaptable and open to learning, which is (I'm guessing) a large part of why he was recruited. So I'm not getting back on the Fab Out train, I learnt my lesson. But equally, if the season ends with a "FH will depart and we thank him for his service" message from Tony, I can't imagine many people will be heading to the Amex to protest.

This was also probably the best chance we will ever have to win the FA Cup (unless the Big 6 scurry off to the European Super League)

Not how football, big 6, cups or Brighton works. Fortunately.

Handful of fortunate draws and you can find yourself in a final and no team, not even Villa or Fulham, win every game against us.

I will settle for midtable this season, and will judge hurzeler and new player next season where I think they will come good and team genuinely more consistent

Devoid of ideas, devoid of any passion, devoid of any connection with the fans. Massively under achieved with this squad and the money spent. Genuinely think we could have no manager and be in the top 10 with this squad.
From De Zerbi to him is a huge downgrade. I personally wouldn’t even give him another season.

We have the players this season to be top 6 easily.. sadly not the manager.
In what work is our squad today is top 6? Our best rb is injured, our second best rb is injured, our third best rb is injured so having to resort to a CM. We have an aging Dunk who isn't fit to play Championship football. Estupinian who has recently been shown up by Lamptey and is now our third best LB. Welbeck is good but not good enough to be a lead scorer. Jao Pedro and Mitoma showed even last season that on their day they are great, when off it are a hindrance. This is not on the manager. This is on the absolute shitshow of a defence and an indictment of our recruitment process for only going for attacking talent and completely ignoring the defensive frailties, which is on the recruitment team, as we even saw last season our defence was pathetic.

I'd give him another season. I feel the players we have just aren't up to it. Injuries have depleted our squad, we're relying on Welbeck to do 90 mins for the rest of the season because JP is NOT a CF.

I'd sell Adingra, he's far too light weight. Sadly March, Dunk best days are behind them. Milner has to go. Lamptey too. We need a new RB as Veltman is mostly injured. We need a winger with cutting edge. We need a winger with cutting edge, I don't think Minteh is up to it, definitely not at that price tag.

not disagreeing with some of your points (and I’m not Fab out) but what players have improved under the manager?
