Its Liverpool Premier league Champions and a chance to beat them and take pride in our performance and some fans dont wanna see that? We are more likely to beat Liverpool than Leicester and Ipswich and Southampton FFS. I cant wait for the match. Bring it on. Yeah Monday 8pm not best but could be worse.
They will see it. It’s on tv!

I hope those that do decide to boycott/refuse to go to the game out of protest or refuse to put their tickets on the exchange because it’s being televised on a Monday night thanks to Sky, don’t watch it on Sky!

(it’s all very silly 🙂)

No one is boycotting anything, they, like me simply can’t go due to other commitments (in my case, work)

However, it’s a lot “cooler” as the kids used to say fifty years ago, to claim a moral victory by “boycotting” when in reality they can’t go if they wanted to.

I lot of us have earned our stripes through demonstration and protest.
This, sadly is a pissing in the wind moment with those (if any) that are genuinely “boycotting” ending up watching it on Sky.

No boycott here but this was one game I was going to take my family to. Due to it now being a Monday 4 less tickets will be sold as the grand kids were looking forward to it but TV rules the sport these days.

I'm in.

What are we boycotting?
He's right, let us show the club exactly how we feel! Of course, it's got nothing to do with the club who have no choice over the decisions of sky. Perhaps rather than boycott the match, what about a 90 minute chant of 'f***ing Sky'
100% this!

A perfect excuse for a banner. I bloody hate 8pm evening kick offs. Why does it have to be so bloody late. Show some respect to the fans that actually turn up and make the game what it is.

I have been boycotting the Tories in general and local elections for 46 years.

Luckily it won't cross the minds of any Albion supporters to stay behind,
and ruin the whole thing with mockery.
Will it.

How about a rerun of the Hereford game when a firework went off 20 mins before the end of the game and most of the crowd walked out. Maybe better to do it at half time though as it’s normal for the ground to start emptying around 20 mins before the end anyway :lolol:

He was skating on thinner than thin ice with @Bry Nylon at the beginning of the thread, thought Tom & Jerry did quite well with help from the boss, Bry and some good apologising
I think he may be a bit like me and not always realise when he has misunderstood something.
I am a bit more aware of the tendency these days, maybe.
I don't recall him posting anything nasty
But I could be wrong

You know what I mean!
A boycott of this match is akin to the boycotting of American goods. I love to see it happen and would certainly do what I can but it’s nigh on impossible.
Of course.
I was dredging the lake for comedic purposes.
Alas, once again....
