Adingra and Verbruggen possibly but Estupinan was on the decline way before FH arrived and Dunky can’t go on forever.
The other side to this coin of course is those that have come on leaps and bounds… Hinsh, Ayari, JPVH, Igor and arguable Webster to name a few.

Don’t delete this thread, tempted as you surely are.
Why would I delete it?

A better side would have murdered us by attacking down the left. Estupinian and Adingra might as well have been wearing clown shoes, Dunk barely won a 50/50 and Bart let a pea roller through his legs.

As much fun as winning with a last minute worldie is, West Ham are shit.

Estupinan today was as poor. Probably not as poor as this thread, but but the gaps in behind him were nearly as large as the gaps in the critical analysis ability which led to the submit thread button being pressed with the notion that this was a point well made
Estupinán is having a nightmare of a season tbf, and today wasn't much different. I'm just not prepared to lay all the blame for that at the manager's door.

He dives in on the half way line or higher five times a game and normally doesn’t win it. Either he’s being told to try that or he should be told not to try that.

He certainly does.

He also resorts to hoof ball very often, sometimes resulting in the ball going straight to the opposition in a dangerous area.

He also seems to think he doesn't have to try too hard to track back when caught out of position as well.

In short, he's been shocking this season. If we had enough cover in defence, I'm pretty sure the manager would have him on the bench for most games until things change.

Like I say, I'm not blaming the manager.

I really enjoyed that game, wanted Adingra binned at half time and then he turns into our most threatening player early in the second half
But the change that actually made the difference was “two assists” Gruda.

If the manager is trying to address it and getting ignored then I agree. But neither of us knows that for a fact. A decent coach would coach it out of him or drop him. If he hadn’t chucked his replacement out of the club (where Liam Rosenior is getting a tune out of him).

Is this a tag team effort with you and GB :ROFLMAO:

I have to say, I don't really like football fans. Too many are delusional and entitled and so certain of their opinions. That said, I really like Pervis but he's had a mare in the last two games -- loads of mistakes.
In terms of us, I've liked our fans but not this season. And it's dawned on me that this is going to be the new normal: any chance to have a moan, and they'll take it.
Other views are available. This is mine.

So it was FH who 'chucked [Barco] out of the club' as well.

What other things has FH done? He was in secret correspondence with PB for years to get those bottle tops removed, wasn't he? I bloody knew it!

Yes, I imagine the first team coach has a say in the first team squad.

I was defending Adringra after the Leicester game. Never again after today's inept performance. Afcon young player of the tournament. Had a decent season last year. Gone backwards this year

I suppose he has a say in Ferdi being injured as well.
Of course not, and that’s a fair enough point. Maybe he could have been our regular LB. The problem is he can also play RB, CAM and winger. We don’t have another dedicated left back in the club.

And Ferdie’s on record saying he adds value up the pitch. If the full backs pressing 70 yards from their own goal is a coaching thing then I don’t think Maldini himself would succeed.
