Congratulations to my local club. Three promotions on the spin.

I imagine they have now reached their ceiling as I don’t think the owners have the funds to challenge in the Championship but you never know!

They have a net worth between them of over £300m, so they can afford to bankroll another promotion push.

Suspect Netflix will contribute towards this 'great sporting story' as well.

Even with the money, three consecutive promotions is impressive.

Yes. Just have to look at Salford to back that up. Only slightly easier at Wrexham as they actually have a fan base.

In other league 1 news, Crawley win today to
Leap frog Calderon’s Bristol rovers, who are now in the bottom 3 on goal difference. Only 2 goals between them aswell.

Crawley home to bottom place Shrewsbury (who did win impressively at Barnsley today) and Calderon goes away to 9th place Blackpool. Really hope Calde does it.

The net worth figure is just made up internet talk. No-one knows what they are worth. Same with all those estimates.

The Championship will be a huge step up for them. I could see them surviving, but a promotion push will require as much as skill as resources. There's a lot of big names in there.

Wrexham's revival and the media circus has rubbed many lower league fans up the wrong way but I've got a lot more respect for wealthy owners picking a team lower down the pyramid.

I like the way they've gone about their investment and am pleased it's being repaid on the pitch. Will be interesting to see how they fare in the Championship.

I must be alone in hoping they drop back to non league. The media wankfest is up there with Bournemouth as they rose through the leagues. American’s toy
Albion rose through the leagues because of a wealthy owner who built a new stadium and invested heavily across the board. It's all relative.

Both Rovers and Crawley are effectively down due to far inferior goal difference

Exactly that - hardly Saudi stylee, is it? And (in football terms) a relatively small investment can occasionally work wonders.
I'm very pleased for them.

An Albion fan with family history in the club funded us though…or are you suggesting the two Yanks are long term Wrexham fans rather than hipsters jumping on the British football bandwagon?

I have no problem with anyone joining in the Love In, just count me out
