This season you can really see that the players are trusting Potter more and more. Players seem to have that extra drive and Welbeck is really uplifting the whole team.

The problem is that they can make these wrong decisions every week and it is very rarely anything will happen. There needs to be some kind of pressure placed upon them.

They really need to investigate refereeing like this. There are no consequences for such bad decisions. Fines should be issued and referees should be forced to work for lower paying leagues if issues continue,
