I guess all managers have a plan. It's just that some will work better than others according to their ability to adapt it, the players they have at their disposal etc

And I think most Brighton fans want the best person for the job wherever they come from.

Steve Cooper has a reasonable managerial record and I have no doubt he will go on to get a decent job. We don't currently have a vacancy
