Yep, I think he’s happy. I think he’d be happier if we made Europe, obviously, but his mantra is continuous improvement and growth. This season has been good, not Nottingham Forest good and nowhere near Spurs/Manchester United bad. Just steady, in with a shout of Europe still, and the gaffer and his young squad with a year of PL experience behind them.

The injuries are the big ongoing concern. It just never seems to get better

Yeah, but we made Europe two seasons ago.....why have we not kicked on from there ?

I'd be surprised if he isn't studying the data and at least having a think about whether to stick with FH next season. If he thinks we have improved and will continue to improve and there are mitigating factors in our inconsistency then he will definitely give FH time but I do just wonder whether he thinks he's the man to take us forward or not and if he isn't pondering alternatives. None of which puts me in the Fab Out category btw.

I’d say no. I don’t mean that in some kind of “wielding a giant axe and sacking everyone” kind of way, more a general, this could be going better kind of way.

I’d think he’d hope by now that we had a bit of a clearer style and that we’d settle into a clearer first 11 (not that it’s the fault of anything but injuries for that). I think he’d also probably have hoped that some of the players and the manager, might have developed a bit more than they have.

I’m delighted that everyone knows for a fact that Bloom thinks the exact same way they do

He won’t be happy with the style of football. Probably relatively chill overall.

If he's going to sack someone, I think David Weir is living a more dangerous time than Fabian Hurzeler.

There's no algorithm in the world saying we've got good value out of our established (Wieffer, O'Riley, Ferdi, Dahoud, Igor, Fati, Milner) signings the last two years.
