[NSC] Patron Status terminated

I just went to delete a couple of posts (Scandi artists who turn out to not be Scandi at all) and found I couldn't.
Then I saw my Patron status 'badge' has disappeared.
I checked a few other posters and their patronage is status intacto.
I haven't cancelled my payments.
Would a nice moderator please look into this for me?
I won't PM Bozza because he is a busy man.

Just did a search on my Inbox for your username and I have an email from Paypal saying that your payment failed on the 1st April, and they were going to try again today.

From what I've seen with others, this typically seems to happen if they've changed cards, or had a new one issued.

Should be easily resolved by just following through the process again here:

Just be careful that if the failure was just a temporary issue then they might end up paying twice (the retry being successful and the new subscription)

If you log in to your PayPal account, it may well state the reason for the failure.

Although PayPal is a bit of a mess so maybe not.

Worth a try!

Happens to me every couple of months @HWT - if they don’t make the 2nd attempt by close of play Monday, just re-register on Tuesday.

I don't think I've seen a single instance where a first failure has worked the second time, although I don't keep a close eye on it (obviously)

If you can be arsed check your Paypal account as, on your side, I'd expect to see more information about why the payment didn't work.

Otherwise just wait!

If they want fleeced, or funds withheld then I guess they do.
I used to use izettle for my card payments merchant a faultless service until PayPal took it over.

Many of the partners I deal with insist on paying by Paypal - they won't transact by any other method.
