Whenever I'm on a call and trying to use the 5G connection it never seems to load the webpage. After hanging up it loads straight away so clearly it's not a lack of 5G connection

Does this happen to anyone else? Is there a fix?

No that’s normal

To an extent, it depends on which phone and network you are using - see https://www.o2.co.uk/help/network-coverage-and-international/5g-setup scroll towards the bottom of the page and expand the answer to 'can I use 5G data while on a call'

It may be that if you state your network and phone model, someone can provide the appropriate phone settings or check against your specific network e.g how to enable 4G calling.
