Potentially another 3 tories incoming to Labour

"However, fresh divides are emerging within the Labour Party over the decision to accept Ms Elphicke into the fold after two Sunday newspapers carried allegations that she pushed the former Lord Chancellor to intervene in the case of Charlie Elphicke, who was subsequently sentenced to two years in prison for sexual assault offences."

Fresh divides have been imagined by two Sunday newspapers.

Well………if they take her, they will take anyone.
Not as a candidate in the next election. Not her, and not any other rat* fleeing the sinking ship.

The deal is sit on the opposition benches till the general election, largely shut up except when criticizing the tories, then leap into the wood chipper because the labour candidates for your seats have already been selected.

It is amusing me that the extreme left and right don't seem to understand what's happening here. :lolol:

*aka useful idiot. Flattered by some Starmer praise, of course. "We are delighted....you are very welcome.....let's just check, you are stepping down at the next election, right? Right! Step this way....and mind your head"

And yet some tory dimbots still think they have won something. An argument. A piece of toast? I have no idea how their special minds work

This is surely even more damaging to the Tories. Buckland has sat on this information for four years. It was a very strange admission to make
