As for Man City, and Chelsea, it's been well discussed. But I believe City in particular will be found guilty and sanctioned with an opaque formula which takes them well down the table, put puts them in no serious risk of relegation. Aggressively threatening litigation works.

would be amazed if wolves went down over leicester. i think its more or less definitely going to be the three promoted clubs going down, again. think forest will be looking over their shoulder a lot too, though.
