If you phone supporter services they will normally accommodate this for you. They’ll find a pair of seats together and disable your season ticket for that match and issue new tickets to download for this match.

Yes, they were very accomodating, no hassle at all.
Will have my first taste of the West Upper!

A bit of a queue on the phone, with all the usual off-putting badly recorded music and pre-recorded statements about " long waiting times", and "unusually busy" and "think how much easier it would be if you just used our website instead.

They also stated that "Supporter services cannot take payment over the phone", but they did.
Maybe this service is not long for this world, or maybe the club aren't stupid and will happily take our money any way they can.

It's 4 weeks away! I'd say there's a pretty good chance of us selling 500 odd tickets and getting the exchange back open.
