Walker-Peters is out of contract I believe. He'd be a good Lamprey replacement. I was thinking that if we had a good offer for Bart, would we look at Ramsdale who I'm sure will have a decent relegation release clause.
Ramsdale is no better than Steele IMO.

And if Bart were to leave, personally would be happy to roll with a combo of Steele/Rushworth. Will let Fab decide which of the two would theoretically wind up as the entrenched starting GK.

Ramsdale is levels ahead of Steele. It may be that Rushworth is ready, but if not I'd certainly be happy with Ramsdale

Is he? What have I missed? He's always wanted to play football - could easily have stayed on Arsenal's bench but went to Southampton knowing they would be relegation favourites, but he wanted to play. I quite like that attitude
Indeed. He looks like a very annoying person but he seems to be a decent guy.

I think the clue is in the relegation clause ?

I had a dream (or a nightmare) where Partey signed for Brighton. Would probably make a good backup player for us (as a player). As a person - I don't have an opinion or enough knowledge.

I wouldn’t go anywhere near Ramsdale. Very erratic in his decisions and the kind of keeper who likes to make the easy saves look difficult.

My dream pick would be Jonathan David, but his wages are going to be insane and he'll end up at a Champions League club.

I'd like to get Boscagli and Bardghji personally because if we've looked at them for a while, there's obviously talent there. Ramsdale is a good keeper, far better than some would credit, but he was replaced at Arsenal because he lacks concentration and isn't good with the ball at his feet - those two things alone rule him out of a move here. He'll end up somewhere like West Ham.
