The delay was because I couldn’t remember the guy's name. It’s just come to me — posh actor, Julian Rhind-Tutt (how could I forget that name?). He also appeared in a couple of the TV episodes.

Can't say I have heard of him but I know the surname through Archie Rhind-Tutt (a frequent panellist on the Guardian Football Weekly podcast). Google suggests they are distant cousins who haven't ever met.

A fantastic review - thank you! I went to one of the matinees last month & was lucky enough to have Mackenzie Crook as our 'special guest'. As an avid Inside No9 fan I absolutely loved it! My Swedish other half also enjoyed it, which was a surprise as I thought a lot of it would've been lost on her as she's not so much of a fan.

For info, the odd tickets are appearing on the official ticketing website for the remaining shows (and on Twickets too). I'm heading to London for this evening's show, having snapped one up in the stalls last night when it popped up. My second visit to the show. REALLY hope it tours (and comes to Brighton) as Mrs D wasn't able to go with me for the first visit as we were both trying to recover from the flu, and I was in a much better condition than her for sitting in a theatre!

It's definitely worth seeing if you can.

Re: touring, Steve gave an unequivocal no. But the website has said since practically day one…

And Steve and Reece have often misled or outright lied (for want of a nicer word) about things like this before.

I think it will tour given the phenomenal business in town.
