Fascinating place some parts are brilliant and some parts unbelievable bad, whoever designed the downstairs layout should never work again, a few tweaks could make it really good.

Toilets are fine, ten benches? downstairs take up most of the space, everyone else pushed back blocking the bar and the walkthrough across, no sound, went to the toilet and realised there was commentary but most of us can’t hear it.

Thats not good. I would want half my money back if I can see the game but cant hear it. A couple of mates said its nowhere near big enough. I agree. Where are the toilets? I trust there are more than we had outside?

I had a look on club website they are selling 'SETS' it says for Wolves beam back but there is another part that says on a 1st come serve basis misleading is that. Im surprised they aren't selling the seats as an extra add on. Back in old days South Stand at Goldstone paint a line on the bench where you stick your backside and hope the person next to you isnt a whale.

I find it so disappointing as I thought the Terrace was finally somewhere you sit (with a back to the seat!) and have a drink and some half decent food with a table pre-match or even post-match and I would happily delay my sardine train home but no, very very disappointing. In fact its made my matchday experience far worse as cant find the toilets, cant find my way through the crowds without bumping into 101 pints of beer (why do some people carry them literally head height, can anyone explain that one?) I need a raincoat just to pass that bottleneck area and I dont bothered visiting the club shop now as there arent even signposts to where it is. But maybe there are just the thousands of people in the bottleneck block them. The bike shelter is way to big no way do we want al those bikes running us over in the post-match scramble to get away and why take the bench seats away? We really could do with lots more bench seats around the stadium so people don't have to sit on wet uncomfy grassbanks or stand around eating. Is that too much to ask? Surely someone agrees the club could provide more benches around the ground.

I got there just before it opened today, I didn’t check my ticket and didn’t realise it opened until 1pm, this was a bonus as got a good pick of where to sit.

As already mentioned on this thread it’s definitely hot upstairs, not sure why the windows above the big screens were not opened.
Apart from the result and being a bit too hot i enjoyed going again.

As we previously had zero toilets outside there are definitely more than that.

Sat upstairs, got there about 1.30. Absolutely no issues getting served at the bar all afternoon, excellent service.
The mobile phone app / QR code bollocks for scran quickly proved onorous, so that was quickly abandoned for the big touch-screens, which worked well.

In all, I think the beambacks are a GIANT success. The matchday scrums look like a proper chore so not sure I'll be engaging with that. But as a beamback venue - it works brilliantly. Except for the DINLOWS we are watching on the field, but then when do we NOT get humped on a beamback. I honestly can't remember one where we've come out on top.

App does not work and spoke to a member of staff who said it’s was not good. Service was fine at Bar upstairs although lack of training of Sodexo staff, asked for Sauvignon Blanc and after he looked at the beer pubs I suggested he looked at wines, then picked up all the reds until I told him it was a white wine, but you can’t complain as ‘they win awards’ so Barber tells me. Apart from that and could not hear commentary, it was ok.

AFAIK if a game is sold out to away fans then the away club can apply to the PL and pay a considerable fee to broadcast the game at their own stadium.

No beambacks likely at Selhurst anytime soon then

£25 to watch a TV beam back is awful pricing. No interest whatsoever in watching Womens football. Can you even just turn up for the Mens game on TV or are you forced to watch the Women? Terrible pricing. No wonder people watch illegal streams
