You maybe right, although I don't think Farke is a good enough manager to keep them up
Disagree on this one. Farke is very decent. He's been popular wherever he's been. There are some sides that the lovechild of Alf Ramsey and Valery Lobanovski aren't keeping up

You could be right, although I think there's a difference between keeping them up and keeping Leeds fans happy. They may well have the best manager to keep them up, but (as with Cooper at Leicester) the Leeds "ego" has them top six, and Leeds squad ain't that

This.

Hamstrung at Norwich who wouldn't ever spend once promoted.

In saying that....... Leeds didn't spend much of the money from Rutter/Summerville and turned down Farkes request for additions in January.

Some.speculate it was to preserve cash for PL signings, some Leeds fans though say they're just trousering the money themselves.

Farke would decent if backed, which he NEVER has been in PL, but of course I hope he isn't again and Leeds drop back down.

I can't decide on Farke. You can't argue with his promotion credentials, but then his track record on keeping sides up is as bad as his promotion credentials are good. And he's seemingly done well with what was a decimated squad last summer, yet he's persisted with the Onana of the Championship in goal all season.

Or maybe ....... he's got a team promoted despite having a mishap prone first choice keeper

German Warnock, knows how to get sides up but not up to PL standard.

There seem to be a lot of people in here that are bizarrely obsessed with Leeds. Why is that?
I see you only joined in 2022. It dates back to 2019 when we loaned Ben White to Leeds and he helped them win promotion to the Premier League. This was followed by the actually bizarre Free Ben White campaign to join them and predictions of Bielsa taking them in to the Champions League. They call themselves Champions of Europe and several of them turned up on NSC revealing little connection with reality. We laughed at them then and what you describe as a bizarre obsession is just Brighton fans highlighting more opportunities to mock them. It's fun. They keep us amused.

He had a decent keeper on the bench in Darlow, solid Championship keeper.
He's not a good manager because he should have played this player or should have played that player ........

Nahhh. He'll say he got them up, likely as champions, despite having to sell some of his best players right at the start of the season.

Leeds might go down, but that's not because they have a crap manager

He is a very good tier 2 manager, as proven at his time at Norwich as well, any time he has stepped up he has been found out

Everytime he has stepped up i.e Norwich.

They wouldn't spend a dime and kept their championship squad.

Not even Pep could avoid relegation in such circumstances

They even put a Free Ben White banner up at the Amex wanting us to free a loan player registered with the Albion

It may have been a joke but many of their fans were genuinely furious that we wouldn’t sell him to them

Their fans also (in my experience) have the highest proportion of homophobic chanting knuckle-dragging Neanderthals of any team we've played in recent years, and last time they played at the Amex there were several of them sitting in the home sections picking fights, being abusive and generally doing their best to demonstrate why a fine like this (that same season) is pointless, what they need to do is hurt the fans by making the team play with none of their fans at any home or away games at all for a season: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/66537288
