Whilst the volume of sales increased slightly, Tesla’s share of the EV market fell from 14% to 10%. I was intending to buy one but went for another manufacturer instead and I’m aware that @Goldstone1976 has swapped his. Neither of us are left wing though, plenty on the centre and centre right dislike Nazi sympathisers and apologists.
Plus the fact that there are much better EVs than Teslas out there.

I know availability is a key factor over here and many drivers have been faced with the choice of a Tesla now, or their preferred car in six months. Difficult to turn down when you put it like that - especially in company car schemes...

US President Donald Trump has signaled a potential U-turn on his trade war with China amid continued market volatility, saying the high tariffs on Chinese goods will “come down substantially, but it won’t be zero.”

Trump backing down again? surely not? So tiresome.

It’ll be falsely reframed that his clever 4D chess worked, Chaina and the others did the greatest deals for the US ever. When in reality the US gained nothing and lost a lot.

I notice China are keeping tariffs on US goods like semi-conductors despite Trump caving on computer hardware.

They've playing the long game, just aren't going to jump at every move.

Incredible how fast decade long relationships have been permanently damaged from Asia-Pac to Europe.

The US is 13% of China's exports, if they wanted to play this game they should have done it 30 years ago before their own corporate greed saw emerging markets as a great way to boost profit and in many cases not reduce prices.

And supposedly he now has no intention of trying to oust Jerome Powell..nothing to do with his previous comments further upsetting US stocks of course.
Orange flip flop strikes again.

True.

I've taken delivery of a new car, and the Tesla stands unused on my drive awaiting a buyer (if I can find one!).

I went for a VW PHEV Passat, which I rate very highly. Imagine my facepalm moment when a 'friend' made the passing comment "so you've swapped a car made by a manufacturer founded by a probable Nazi sympathiser and apologist for one made by a manufacturer founded by an actual real-life Nazi. Good move."

Next time, I'll see if I can afford a Porsche. Oh wait...

He is apparently attending the Pope's funeral, hoping Italy refuse entry as he is a criminal

If you can't sell it then selling it for scrap might be your only option. :)

It’s like having a toddler having temper tantrums I hate trump and i think now has come the time for. Sir Keir to grow a pair of balls and for the UK to cut of ties with the USA until a grown up is back in charge . I never thought in my life time the USA would act like Russia and China . Trump really is the biggest see you next Tuesday in the history of the United States .
