The sports washing is complete there.
Oliver Kay put a perfectly reasonable and balanced piece on The Athletic this week explaining why he felt conflicted about their win and yet the comments section was absolutely full of whataboutery from their fans. City this, PSG that, not a single one...
Incredibly lucky to still be in a job, he’s been a massive failure. His record since November 2023 is horrific for a club of Spurs’s resources.
And he is a massive twat.
2 points dropped for me.
I thought we would win pre match as we’re currently a better team than them. If it wasn’t the City name, I think we win that comfortably today.
Still think we will finish above them this season.
I would have thought West Ham and Potter were anticipating Ferguson being better than he’s been. They’re struggling and could really do with a decent striker, unfortunately he’s not it. Lets face it, if he looked better than what else they’ve got, they’d be playing him, Potter wouldn’t cut his...
As one of the fans that isn’t that bothered about England and resents international breaks, I probably shouldn’t comment but picking Jordan Henderson is ludicrous! 😂
No way. They are there to be beaten, we can overpower them all over the pitch.
I’m one of Guardiola’s biggest fans but he is scared of relentless, physical teams like us and Bournemouth - he knows he hasn’t got the players to compete with that at the moment. We should be confident.
Is Estupinan a definite starter? I think he’s been poor for a long time now and I’ve preferred Lamptey at LB to him.
Personally I’d start Hinsh at RB, Lamptey at LB and then Wieffer alongside Baleba although there’s nothing between Wieffer, Gomez or Ayari and I wouldn’t mind any of them starting.
Yeah agreed.
I wasn’t sure about Glenn and Paul Hayward at first but they’ve really settled into it and I look forward to the show every week.
Another great episode, love Georgi. Although - Elland Road :ffsparr: You could hear Glenn wince when he said that!
We need to do something about that...
You can add Bart to that list. I think we’re going to get some big bids for him in the summer. A number of big clubs including Bayern, Man United, Man City (putting possible relegation aside) Chelsea and possibly PSG are all looking for new keepers this summer.
Out of all of them, Mitoma is the...
This would be incredible news and I agree with HS, if he signs, I think he stays.
Can’t believe how lucky we are to watch him in the flesh every week. A special, unique talent and brilliant pro.
