Anyone else unable to activate the 10% cash back form the QR code at the ground or through 'my offers' on the Amex app? I scanned it, it says no offers available.

Works fine for me, got a couple of emails yesterday from Amex re the cashback from purchases on Saturday. If you scroll through the offers on the Amex app it should be there even if the QRC isn’t working

Similar. No emails (perhaps a different setting in the app) but I have two credits in my account on Saturday for 10% of the things I bought.

On the app there is a section at the bottom called offers (the icon is a shield on a disc). You click on this and it's lists the offers available to you. There is one for 10% called American Express Stadium and another for Amex venue collection. If you search for offers near me you can see these on a map.

no that's the thing, it is not showing - was interested if anyone else does not have it.

Well that is bollocks. I have a non-fee card and it is working fine for me now (did have issues when it first came in but that a Sudexo issue not an Amex one). Used it Saturday and have got the money back already. In fact I got the email saying it had worked 19:18 on Saturday evening. Had been taking a couple of days.

I don't think the non-fee paying cards is a thing. Friend of mine has same card as me which is non-fee paying and he gets it.

Ah I've just checked again and it's there now in the offers section. No idea why it's there now especially after what I was told on the phone, maybe it just takes a few weeks to appear for new card holders.

When I got my Amex it didn't include the Amex Stadium offer but once I'd used it a few times and on the West Upper concourse, the offer materialised under the 'offer' tab on the app/website.

Got a non fee amex card. Just checked online statement. x3 10% off on the 3 transactions at the terrace on saturday and 5% cashback as the 5 month offer starts
