The drawings for the bar areas look much better than ai imagined. I thought they would be an opening in a concrete wall in the walkway, but they appear to all have proper seating areas and bars, can't wait. The seating areas are sectioned and each area has its own bar.

Is that just the bar areas for the 1901 club?
Or does that include the bar areas for the riff-raff?

I have joined the Brighton Rackets Esporta club thing on the campus, so I bet the bunfight for parking there on a Satdi is going to be fun!!!

Still...get there at 12...go for a swim in the outdoor pool....shower, sit in the bar and have a meal, leave wife in the gym, wander along to the ground at quarter to 3, back to the club and the wife afterwards for a pint or a meal and then back home.

Sounds infinitly civilised!

GW you're a genius, I have membership at Rustington but may look at a transfer if parking is possible .. good call

The Rangers food is exceptional, they did a customer service questionnaire a while back and took notice of the feedback. I would imagine therefore that Tony has decided best is best for everything and that includes the now soft seats and fine foods. Compliments the quality that Gus is putting on the pitch.

Great times ahead

Why is this pretentious?

I simply let others know what the club said, if you'r not interested why did you bother reading it?

The £93 million total build cost has now reached £100 million because the chairman signs off upgrades and improvements almost every day to ensure the stadium has the very best of everything.

Oh, one thing i forgot, the capacity, as we all know, is 22,500. The corner in filling will make 30,000 and the final upgrade, that will only will happen when Prem football comes to the stadiuum is the second tier on the East stand adding 2000, so we end up with 32000 and, if memory serves me, that was the capacity of the Goldstone.
Not sure if these figures agree with things quoted on here before but thats what was said today.

That is going to be the thinnest 2nd tier the world has ever seen (East Stand). 200 across x 10 rows? Hardly worth it for 10 rows!

Supporting a football team ,has always included all types. IMO that is one of the great appeals of football,as the focus is the team and this can cross many divides ,a common goal, which allows tolerance with humour.

But its almost the same as the middle tier in the West Stand which is 10 rows by about 200 seats so I'm not sure why you think its not worth bothering.

Is it going to be a straight 200 x 10? Or will the East Upper look more like the West Upper, where it will be, say, seven rows at the wings, and, say, 15 rows in the middle?
