Yes in the Clock End. Me and my mates were getting pretty crushed so a policeman told us to climb a dividing fence
It was the most exciting away day ever. I remember Victoria Station being very lively on the way home
I had the front half of my feet on the Clock End terrace and I had the back half of my feet also on the Clock End terrace. But never at the same time!

It was a fantastic day out, far better than the Final IMHO. Not sure Jimmy scored a better goal than the opener.

Also typical Albion, struggling to put away a Div 2 side 🙄

I think it was Damian’s house party the night before. Minesweeping with Manu who also slept at his house the night before the match was not the ideal preparation for the coach trip to Highbury.
I don't remember that bit! As a poster says above - it's odd how clear some memories are, and how other stuff is just a blur. I recall things like the coaches all joining up at Croydon Aerodrome before going through London. And on the way home in the coach convoy, loads of people in the suburbs coming out of their doors and waving at us. It's hard now to realise just how very BIG the FA Cup was.

I also remember Mr Lewis (think that was his name) halting our Geography lesson for us to turn the transistor radio on for the semi-final draw.

I was 14.5 along with my school mate of the same age and went on our own!😯 it was so hot behind the goal, a woman fainted next to us. We worked our way to the back and sat on the wall for a perfect view. Glorious day with no alcohol! 😯😄😪

Just far enough away from LDC
I remember seeing Sebastian coe outside the ground in a right grump as he was a Sheffield weds fan before he went glory hunting to chelsea.

Hearing man utd had won the other semi and not caring. People on route back to tube station selling cans of coke from bins filled with ice and water in their front yard

Why can’t we have a ‘Case’ to take free kicks these days?!

Great days.
In the Premier League this season NO club has scored more direct free kicks, than our TWO.

Brighton 2 (Welbeck, Estupinan)
Chelsea 2 (Palmer, James)
Man United 2 (Fernandez 2)

City, Spurs, Bournemouth, West Ham, Everton - all 1 each.

That day is still so vivid in my mind. The pubs at Victoria were amazing.
Can’t remember what I did the day before yesterday but that day……. wow.

A fantastic day. Watching the video still got me ‘all emotional.’

Remember they laid on special trains from Hove that talk you all the way to Highbury and Islington. Stood there in the Clock End from about 1pm in the hot sun, no hat, sunscreen or sunnies!

And Palmers shouldn't have been allowed to have been taken from where it was.....

Simon B was photographed on pitch at end with Robbo
Sadly both no longer with us

In the clock end with one of my brothers and some of the lads from the Sunday morning football team. Aperitifs were taken at the Princess Louise in Holborn. Memorable day.

I was 14 and in the Clock End with my cousin and Uncle. It was so rammed, I could only see the far half of the pitch most of the time but can still remember that amazing atmosphere.
The noise levels when everyone was chanting under the tunnel on the way out was incredible.
What a day!!
