Can’t agree. Steele feels more and more like a Pickford imitation than a professional goalkeeper. I absolutely hate the theatrics.

I agree Bart needs a rest and some time to get his head straight, but I don’t want to see Steele in goal for us, at all.

Steele did OK. Just OK though. Good for a no.2 GK, and no panic if he has to cover for injuries.

Given that we seem to have bought every goalkeeper under the age of 25, surely there’s somebody in our ranks who would benefit from a try in goal? I’m not sure we want to be sending the message that passing like that is ok.

Yes, his name is Rushworth and he was one of the best GKs in The Championship last season. Ask Swansea.
