Okay, that was bad.

But Bournemouth lost, so we’re still in a good place.

Awful. Can See the season petering out again. Undone, like last term by the ridiculous number of injuries
This is the problem. We've run out of players.

We're playing 3rd or 4th choices in several positions.

Villa can bring on malen, asensio and Watkins. We bought on cashin and O’Riley

This - can't find the table which shows how many injuries & days we've lost over the season, but we've done well to get to where we are. Unbelievable how many we've had. And then, players need to be managed back in, and FH having to fit players into roles which aren't necessarily the ideal for them.

I never look forward to games against THEM but especially this time round. At least the schedule should ease a bit after that. Some players are almost running on fumes.

Wow. So frustrating. Haven't seen any TV pics of any of the incidents so will leave this here and will check again tomorrow morning, my impressions from the game:

We were better for most of the game! Was there for the taking.

I don't have any of the admiration most have for Bart. He can't manage decisions in a pinch.

Cashin is not a premier league footballer. He actually raps a pass really nicely, but he's a spread bet purchase. Flip for a profit. His physique will never work at this level.

Pedro and Mitoma. Stay on your feet and play. And Pedro - I just can't take to him. He has all the ability but was a stroppy teenager until he came off. Not for the first time.

Well that was depressing. Not one decent final ball into the box in over 100 minutes. Once Rashford scored I knew we’d get mugged on the break again before the game was over. We were the better side but absolutely clueless in opening Villa up.

We were mugged but only have ourselves to blame, played some lovely football until the final third.

Bart should have saved at least one of those goals too.

Mojo on the floor

We have the key injuries, they don’t.

Nailed on Albion loss.
Or test of the manager when we need him to make us greater than sum of the parts? That’s why we employ these guys

The “better side” but hopeless with the final ball and the first PL team at home to concede a hatful against Villa. Highly vulnerable before the opener, carved open.

Apart from the Forest disaster obviously, the defence has been fine for the mid part of the season. Rashford's and the second goal was back to the Keystone Kops performances of early season by the defence.
Regular. Lack of pace in defence cost us.
