To be fair, Baleba is better than half of our defenders. To be fair, we only had 2 defenders on the pitch. Is anyone really surprised it was calamitous at points?
Weiffer did well. Dunk played well, for Dunk.

Two coming back from injury and one who clearly isn’t ready to start. Starting on the bench and starting the game are two very different things.Yet there were two full backs and a centre back on the bench![]()
The servant that gave us 11 years. Our captain that took us up to the PL. Our captain that led us out into the PL. Did you see him and Liam on the final whistle when we missed out on getting to the play-off final? Did you witness his staggering technique? Commitment? Partnership with Knockaert? And then he sticks around and rising up the coaching ranks, and then leaves when the coaching team is poached by a buffoon offering £25m.All true but I am not forgiving Bruno![]()
You think football fans are rational? I refuse to believe he would have been out of a job if he’d stayed. Nobody knows, but it’s very convenient to say he wasn’t assured of one and so left, within 24 hours, with no choice allegedly so he remains a cult figure…for some. And yet you refuse to forgive Bruno, and you're not alone in that.
You poor poor little flowerIt’s because he was given so much slack to improve the team over two seasons and we watched a lot of insipid football before things started to improve and then he left one month into a new season saying things like “ if he wanted an easy life he would have stayed at Brighton“. Had he left with a bit more respect then he would have earned more respect on days like today. But he didn’t.
No. I think some are irrational thoughYou think football fans are rational?

What the hell was the song they were desperate to get across. Massive fùcking German. I presume it was about Fulkrug but it was as tedious as you like and they seemed extremely proud of it.They left en masse in that moment.
5 minutes before they were on cloud 9 with the full array of east Enders ditties.
Football!

I thought they were singing about sherbert at first. Or some Herbert.
I thought the West Ham fans were a joke today. Almost all they sang was against their team:I had thought they were mocking FH, but it was about Fullkrug. Becoming a hero because he’s questioned things at the club.
Yeah pathetic lot giving it largeat Falmer stn. Pathetic losersI thought the West Ham fans were a joke today. Almost all they sang was against their team:
"The German's right, we're ****ing shite"
At 1-0... Way to encourage your team
