  • Nazi policies and the economy:
The Nazi regime implemented policies aimed at improving the economy, including privatization of state-owned industries and an attempt to achieve autarky (national economic self-sufficiency).

  • Nazi propaganda and economic recovery:
The Nazis used propaganda to portray themselves as the saviors of the German economy, claiming to have broken the chains constricting Germany in 1918 and allowed the country to economically thrive.

  • Economic recovery and rearmament:
While some economic indicators improved under the Nazis, this was largely due to employees working longer hours, while the hourly wage rates remained low. The Nazi focus on rearmament and war created a demand for labor, but at the expense of consumer goods and living standards for many Germans

These twitter quotes, at the time, were gold.

* "Our 243 year old country dates back thousands of years to ancient Rome - a man of infinite wisdom"

* "It was during their first venture to Ancient Rome that the founding fathers discovered Spaghettios"

* "Of course, everyone knows that Julius Caesar invented the salad that bares his name, and took it to New York in 44BC to share his cultural heritage"

I hate to stick up for Trump but didn't he actually say something about a shared cultural and political heritage dating back to ancient Rome.

He did of course once actually say there were airports during the Revolutionary War :lolol:

If the British had been coming on F15s, there might have been a different outcome

Threatening the Chinese? Trump is a bigger clueless **** than I already thought he was. His bully tactics will get him nowhere with China.

Still, plenty of cheap consumer goods about to flood into Europe off the back of this

Was advised today by a respected Retail Analyst to listen to the sage words of Ray Dalio.
In several online publications, Mr Dalio explains how

'Global breakdown inevitable; Trump tariffs symptoms, not disease'

Interesting reading.

He may have bitten off more than he can chew with Trump. Russia is not insulated from that chaos and in many ways is more vulnerable to it.
How? Nothing Trump (or Assange, another of Vlad's boys) has said or done ever targets Russia or Putin. As with Brexit, Trump's chaos weakens & splinters the West. To Putin's gain
