Many years of playing with a DVD recorder and VCR along with scraping the internet! I have some PL stuff but no need to collect more as it is all over the internet now. And copyright checking on YouTube is very, very clever. I know from watching it that the Cup Final build up had people requesting sporting moments that the BBC dug out the video tape of. I got this email from YouTube within minutes.

I'll try and cut out the Man U one that is blocking it but it is a minefield

My son makes F1 documentaries. He uses a lot of clips.
He's not allowed to monetise them but he wouldn't want to anyway. The BBC blocked one of his vids for a 30 sec clip, so he just slightly blurred it & re uploaded it. This is what he puts in the description.

I remember the Terry Connor one in the Cup against Liverpool like it was yesterday.

And to counter all the stick given on here about Lawrenson 'not mentioning Brighton' and so on - he said in that video that the promotion season was his best / most memorable / favourite season.

Left a pile of Albion DVDS at a charity shop in Worthing recently, decided they'd do better there than in Walthamstow Oxfam.
Had to laugh in the first Goldstone video at the top - from the final game 'I didn't take anything myself, I'll wait to the memorabilia sale!' I wonder what he picked up.

Fantastic effort DS. Thank you. The bulk of my Albion watching days were at The Goldstone so I'll be re-visiting your thread for sure. I'm not holding my breath but I hope the Mark Lawrenson box to box goal versus Wolves (League Cup 1979?) is in there somewhere.
