Blimey, some people really have given up on this season!

The summer is usually the accepted time for threads like this, and I'm fully expecting to see the old favourite: "NSC isn't what it used to be", which along with "When are the fixtures out?" is as sure an indication of the British Summer as picnics and thunderstorms.

Interesting question, by far the best football forum I participate in, purely for the depth of topics covered with normally intelligent and humorous content.
Over the years, I feel I have been allowed to fly both my flags to the mast and never felt vilified for being upfront about my dual allegiance.
I don’t think I have anyone on ignore as I generally like other points of view. Not sure I have improved the site at all, but definitely enjoy posting.

Yes I think NSC 'improves' my life. Lots of interesting people here & wildly differing views on some topics. it makes interesting reading to see different perspectives on things.
I don't think my participation makes NSC any better as my posts are too long! :lolol:

Someone used to/still does have a sig on here that comes from the Palace forum (I think). It reads something like...

'They talk about anything but football on NSC'

I'm already contemplating a poll for the closed season..... 'What colour socks are you wearing' ;)

Voted yes and yes, which is surely the only appropriate answer for anyone who posts on here, even if both yeses are only small.

Socks in the summer?

Only with sliders or Crocs, presumably...

Hmmm, back to the drawing board then, just in case someone I like says they wear socks with crocs or sliders outside of their house.
Nope I definitely didn't come back into the house after walking the dog, take off my trainers & then put my sliders on whilst still wearing my black socks!
