NSC is great fun, but you just have to negociate it carefully sometimes. There are some unspeakably antagonistic, miserable old ****s who spout bile and drivel and will go out of their way to wind people up. There are also some decent old buggers who may come across as miserable and antagonistic, but it's just their way, they can't help it and they're too old and set in their ways to change. But most posters are just decent people who enjoy the conversation and mean no harm.
