He has a point, as can been seen on these very boards daily. The vast majority of us really have no idea about managing a professional football team. We all have opinions but as none of us have any real idea about whats actually going on and what it takes to manage a sports team at any level let alone a multi million £ premier League side.

OK should never be abusive or aggressive but these fans pay a lot of money which helps to pay his wages so they are entitled to have their say.

As a manager you know what you’re getting yourself into. Proper nasty abuse, death threats etc are obviously completely over the top and have no place in the game, but if you can’t take a few nasty comments from supporters when you’re doing terribly you probably need another job

some managers are, it turns out, are fairly shite.
