One positive is we will now be the last to play that gameweek and have a better idea on what's needed for europe before the final game, if we are not in the frame by then a few empty seats might be on show!

It’s all about Sky but without the TV money the Premier League clubs wouldn’t be able to attract the best players in the world.
I am a bit surprised it’s been chosen though as I expect Liverpool will have won the League by then.

I'm normally in the camp of "it's annoying but that's the deal with taking tv money" but not only is this announcement late it's also a total kick in the teeth for both Albion and Liverpool fans and will ruin attendance and atmosphere.

Agree. Far too sensible idea though.
Liverpool & the Albion imho both have decent owners who listen to supporters. So was this in effect imposed on the two clubs by the PL/tv company?

I don’t think the club has a lot of say on it to be honest. We’ve sold our souls to the devil. I’m responsible as much for that as everyone else who bought into Sky and other subscriptionswhat happened to all last games being on at same time? ( d'oh)
and a fudging Monday? not just inconvenient, a cant do for so many people. isn't about time we call on the club to push back on these moves, so many evening games with problems associated.

Balls, I now can't go as I will be away. The exchange is going to be busy with all of Sussex's plastic scousers trying to get tickets. Sounds bloody awful.
