Saw 'Control' on Film4 last week for the first time.V V watchable and entertaining but with its warts n all approach it certainly strips away any of the mystique that may be remaining on Curtis and Joy Division.
They should've got Steve Coogan to do Tony Wilson too.

i think they were produced by jellybean benitez weren't they? a funk/jazz band from hulme taken under wilson's wing, probably cost him loads and they sold about 5 records.

It does look terminal on the New Order front, so I would be surprised if Sumner and Morris appear on stage.

I have a couple of tickets, will no doubt be BLUBBING like a girl at some point in proceeding during the evening.
