His wording was, “ I suggest you use the family stand as away fans when unable to get tickets will go the closest section “ I deleted the email response as I was fuming and didt want to reply with anything silly

I’d be fuming too. They really throw the book at our fans if you incorrectly use an away ticket yet away fans in our home ends is deemed ‘one of those things’ they cannot control.

This complete denial of responsibility or empathy from the suits really boils my piss.

It doesn’t help when you got 2 stewards who think they own the stand, when in reality 1 of them needs to public relations school, and the other well I’m not going to comment

At last seasons Villa game (not sure what it is with that lot) I approached the woman after the game to question why villa fans immediately next to the divide were being blatantly homophobic. Her response was that they weren't doing any harm. What hope have we got up against that. She then told me to stop speaking to her or she'd report my seat number. I hadnt been remotely abusive or aggressive. She seems to be comfortable in her job and doesnt care at all
