[Albion] List of players that have gone backwards under the current coach

We could/should be 5th or 6th

To get to 5th or 6th we need better players than O'Riley, Estupinan, Gruda, Minteh, Adingra, Dunk and dare I say it Hinshelwood (although a great utility player). Might add Verbruggen to that list but hoping he becomes more consistent.

A strong pacey striker, CD and RB is what's needed.

If fit I think March could be a big improvement on Estupinan at LB if hes prepared to play there.

Someone should ask FH what happened to the Cup Final money.
I know it’s a good 10 years before he was even born, but, I’ll bet he has had something to do with it’s disappearance.
The fella who's suddenly dressed head-to-toe in Stone Island.

Two plus two equals Fabian finding the Cup Final cash buried in his back garden.

I don't think Estupian has gone backward under Fab, as average as he has been in our recent run, he's had a slight recovery this season from the very bad levels of last season. His performance at Tottenham under RDZ was the worst I've ever seen a Brighton player perform in recent years.

Truth is, he's not quite good enough for a club that has top 8 or even top 10 hopes. But as he's here I guess we'll stick with him for the foreseeable. Maybe hope Ferdi can bounce back from his current bad luck

If Ferdi was fit I do wonder if we’d have seen much of Estupinan this season. The second was on him in my book.
All l will say is this, be careful who/what you wish for. Ferdi Kagioglu has only taken to the pitch half a dozen times for the Albion, and none of those appearances were this year.

I'm just playing Devil's Advocate that's all!

No I agree, you’re often never as good as when you’re not playing. But prior to his injury he’d shown enough to suggest Estupinan would be getting away with poor performances and being selected every week.

True that we all need someone up our a*** and pushing us for our place in the side. it's what keeps us on our toes, and pushes us on to play even better.

I have to say, I don't really like football fans. Too many are delusional and entitled and so certain of their opinions. That said, I really like Pervis but he's had a mare in the last two games -- loads of mistakes.
In terms of us, I've liked our fans but not this season. And it's dawned on me that this is going to be the new normal: any chance to have a moan, and they'll take it.
Other views are available. This is mine.
But to be fair it is the point of a forum, just an exchange of views.
Really don’t have a problem providing people give some rationale.
Pervis is my favourite player, but he has been terrible the last two games, seems to have a habit of getting far too tight or being more interested in playing the player and then the ball.

He also seems to pushed too far up, but I’m afraid that is our manager. From that perspective it was a little better yesterday, but not great, see first goal.

Got to agree with others that Pervis was a liability yesterday. And Adingra’s first half performance was one of the worst I’ve seen. On the other hand, Dunk was excellent.
i note dunk didn't attempt even one of his erswhile trademark long passes
