Now I don't know Gurjit's credentials, but I'd wager that Truss, Rachel from Accounts and Gurjit all qualified from the same gaff.

And still trying to defend Truss on this thread. You're loyal to the end, I'll give you that

The other day you were describing Truss as having dignity, solemnity and gravitas. If you think they're all as bad as that, then what's the problem?
The difficult position she was in, I felt she made the best of an impossible position. Still on her way out though.

Unfortunately the end has been and gone long ago

Liz Truss has never accepted she was in any way at fault, and still blames the elite, the establishment or some other shadowy group. Now she feels the country is ready for her comeback. Now is the time. Her time.

Savour the prospect of her 'uncensored' social network. It will be close season, so we'll need some entertainment.
Yeah, it was the Left-wing deep-state - those damn Trotskyist Treasury mandarins, Communist international financiers, Bolshevik bond markets, and Socialist Worker stockbrokers in the City!

Daily Mail. Daily Telegraph. Daily Express. The Sun. The Times. GBNews.

Yeah, bloody Left-wing media - we urgently need an outlet for Right-wing views and opinions to provide some balance.

Done a Frexit, now in London
Liz has been doing the rounds on the free/public press a lot recently and is talking a lot of sense.

“Fiscal event“ 😂😂. She didn’t even bother to get it checked so technically she couldn’t call it a budget. Totally agree she is completely deluded
Deluded she certainly is. But apart from anything else - and there is a great deal else - her budget fiasco showed a total - nay catastrophic - lack of judgement and a supreme arrogance.

Is that the same public press that she is accusing of not giving her a platform?

Luckily she is unlikeable and uncharismatic, which makes her much less dangerous than others of her ilk.

Part of Liz truss autobiography review in the guardian

Liz Truss’s book about her 49-day stint as prime minister sold 2,228 copies in the UK during its first week on sale, after a wall-to-wall promotional media blitz.

Ten Years to Save the West: Lessons from the Only Conservative in the Room, combines an account of Truss’s time in office with a call to arms for the political right.

Nielsen sales data puts Truss’s effort in 70th place on last week’s bestsellers’ list, outsold by titles such as the Ultimate Air Fryer Cookbook and More Confessions of a Forty-something F**k Up.

Truss, 48, has said her book is “not a traditional political memoir”.

Still makes me snigger.

Please let it it be called 'Let Us Chat'
Re her social media site: Maybe combine her lettuce and 'ability to precipitate a crash' credentials into one and call it 'The Iceberg'?

Or Twatter.
