Hmmm thats difficult, I'd have to say it's a toss up between Mr. Magoo, and Popeye's girlfriend Olive Oyl.

In fact when I was young Olive was my first girl l ever fancied, until one day, cad that I was, l dropped her in favour of Lady Penelope.
