EDIT: He isn't. Or rather Mickey Rooney isn't, and that's who I was confusing him with. (Thought he would have been a bit old).

Great in some early films, Angel Heart and Year of the Dragon, and superb in The Wrestler. But he went weird early on and just got weirder.
Surprised he needs the money but that's Americans for you, money is the be all and end all.
