We came out about 45 mins after the final whistle to find no Mill Road P&R queue, and jumped straight on the bus. Just when I thought we were on for a perfect day, we came down the slip road into stationary traffic. Must have then taken at least 30 mins to get back to bottom of MR.

Worst trip back since they reduced Westbound to one lane, but will live with it all the time we score 2 in the last 5 mins

It was way quieter than usual queuing back down the hill from Woodingdean - we’d normally then go West on the 27 and then up the A23 but one look at googlemaps meant went via Lewes instead. Was about 45 mins less according to the satnav.

30 minutes isn’t too bad is it? How long does it usually take?
